User Identity Verification Policy

GBNTC may request user or participant identity verification when needed for corporate registration, certificate issuance, system access, or data protection purposes.

Verification Requirements

• Providing accurate details such as name, organization, email, and job title.
• Matching attendance or certificate details with the client-approved participant list.
• Avoiding the use of another person’s information or sharing access details with unauthorized parties.
